The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
